So I thought this post was more appropriate to put on my lifestyle blog! I recently filmed my 'Draw My Life' video! It's up on my beauty channel :)

This was the hardest video i've ever filmed. It was SO hard to get the angle right, and the fact that I had a really tiny white board probably didn't help haha.

If you don't know what the 'Draw My Life' tag is, it's basically a video where you film yourself drawing your life in images on a white board, and explaining each picture! Pretty fun right? It's an awesome way for us to get to know each other better!

Worst Finale in Bachelor History?!

Hey everyone :)

Are any of you fans of the Bachelor and the Bachelorette? I never used to be, but I've been watching the last couple years, and I've really enjoyed it. There's been a few frustrating season finales (Ben and Courtney), but some awesome ones too (Ali and Roberto). 

But I want to talk about the most reason season of the Bachelor, and the finale.

In the finale of this season of the Bachelor, Sean Lowe sent Lindsey home broken-hearted in Thailand, and proposed to Catherine. To be honest, this shocked me. I was hoping he would pick LIndsey, and I know lots of other people were thinking the same thing.

BTW - Does anyone else have a problem with social media spoiling the ending to your favourite TV show before you've been able to watch it? I hate that! The season finale of the Bachelor was spoiled for me this time round. I made the mistake of going on Instagram for 5 mins the morning after the showed air, BEFORE I had a chance to watch it, and sure enough, someone had a photo posted. Sigh.

So I guess you could say I wasn't all that interested in watching the finale once it had been spoiled. But to my surprise, I actually quite enjoyed it. It was very emotional, but in a happy sort of way. I honestly think Sean made a good choice, and I hope him and Catherine are happy. Besides, you never know the truth when it comes to reality TV. Things are always depicted a different way then they actually are in real life on the show.

Oh and did I mention, Sean was by FAR my favourite Bachelor! I couldn't stand the season with Ben Flajnik. Or however you spell his name, haha. He annoyed the crap out of me, and so did Courtney. I'm sure most of us can agree on that one!

So there's my little rant. If you're a fan of the show, how do you feel about Desiree being the new Bachelorette? I'm SO excited! As soon as Sean sent her home this season, I said to my friend "She's DEFINITELY going to be the next Bachelorette!", and sure enough! :) I can't wait to watch it!

Meet Marbles

Hey everybody :) I hope you're having an awesome day/night so far!

For my first official post, I figured I would introduce to you someone very important in my life! That would be my cat, Marbles :)

If you're an animal lover like me, I'm sure we'd get along just fine! I've loved animals my whole life, but never really got the chance to have a long term pet. This was mainly due to the fact that I grew up overseas, and we travelled so often it was near impossible to have a pet of our own.

When I moved back to Canada in the Summer of 2011, I was determined to have my own pet. After all, it's what I'd always wanted. Unfortunately I lived on campus at University, so I was still unable to have what I wanted so bad :(

Spring of 2011, I moved into my own apartment. I luckily ended up somewhere where my landlord was okay with me having a pet, as long as I didn't get a dog. So right away, I began looking for a cat. Two days later, I had my first ever kitten, that I would be able to keep forever. I found her on an ad on Kijiji, where a lady had 3 kittens up for adoption. 

I went to her house to meet them, and I held Marbles for the first time. I hadn't even held the other kittens, I knew Marbles was the one for me instantly. I took her home that night. It took about an hour before she came out of the box I had her in.  She was pretty scared. But with a few toys, she quickly loosened up and started to relax.

Now she is one year old, and I couldn't have asked for a more perfect cat. She is the perfect mix between a lap cat, and a playful kitty! I always wanted a cuddly pet, and I'm so lucky I ended up with just that! And like most cats, she goes CRAZY for the laser pointer!

So now you know a little bit about my pet, and how I ended up with her :) Here are some pictures from when she was an itty bitty kitten, and what she looks like now! Enjoy! :)

Welcome to my Life!

Well hello hello, and WELCOME to my new Blog!

I suppose I should introduce myself. Hey? My name is Mallory! I'm a Canadian Beauty Vlogger on youtube.

I'd like to say I'm your average Canadian girl, but am I? I mean, do most "average" Canadian girls my age sit down and talk to a camera a few times a week and upload videos for the world to see? I don't think so! So I guess I'm a little more then average ;)

I have 2 channels on youtube. My main channel, which is my 'beauty' channel. (www.youtube.com/msmal27), and I have a second channel which is more focus on my life as a whole. (www.youtube.com/malslife27) It includes videos of my pets, family, and just random vlogs or tag videos! 

I have a blog to go along with my main youtube channel, so I figured it only made sense to create another blog to go along with my Vlog channel,, right?  So here it is!

I want to have somewhere that I can just write about random things, post random photos, and be a little more creative. So I decided, this is where I'm going to do that!
